Dear sir minister Osvaldo Andrade:
In the first place, I hope you are fine. I am writing to you because I have been having some problems with the time in my job. I strongly believe that, laboral Rights are not respect in the work place. For example, schedules are too long, extra hours are not paid, etc.
I wanted to make you know that my boss have not paid me for two months ago. He does not give to me any solution about it. And I do not know what to do. The low is well; however there is not a political control.
Taking everything into account, I hope you have in your mind this situation to get the low stronger. And on the other hand, I would like to ask for an appointment to talk personally with you. And fix my problem as soon as possible.
Thank you very much.
Best regards,
Felipe Avilés

Hi!!
Well, I suppose that you are aware that your situation is more common than you believe… the majority of the people have lived this sort of situation, and the thing is that they do not have the confidence to face it. So, they just let things passing them by instead of trying to solve them… In my case, I would prefer to face my boss and also get fired, but not continue to keep my mouth shut (depending on the circumstance, do not misunderstood!!!)… Why?... because at the end, your head will probably burst. I know!! I know!!… This could sound a little bit extreme but I am not the one that let people make you feel low-grade or inferior…
I’m just sincere.
Hello Feli :
Your letter is very interesting. Nowadays, because of the crisis, we are having lots of problems about politics inside jobs. The bosses are getting worst in relation to the threat with employees, and this cannot happen anymore!
XOXOXO
Javi :)
Your post shows us the importance of standing up for our rights. Labor laws are an important topic. Good for you for focusing on this.
About your English, three comments:
make you know = let you know
low = law
